We have a new technology platform and understand that it can be a challenge at times to find important info like the participant link to an online session... especially when you are under the gun as the session begins.

Shortly after you register for an online event and again generally the day prior or of the event, you will receive an e-mail from "Net Zero Institute" that looks like the sample below. We've highlighted where you need to click to join the event.
