The Net Zero Institute’s Impact Lab is an informal, salon-style forum for corporate executives and climate leaders to connect, share insights, and explore opportunities to drive organizational impact. Designed to foster deeper dialogue, the Impact Lab creates an intimate and open space for engagement around the most pressing and emerging issues in corporate climate leadership.

Bekah Heath, Principal, ESG Operations, UKG
Working to expand the growth of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives at UKG, Bekah Heath leads the development of UKG’s ESG Program. As Principal, ESG Operations at UKG Bekah works to operationalize ESG requirements derived from regulations, published guidance, and leading practices. Her focus on providing recommendations for strategic opportunities to maximize the positive impacts of a dedicated ESG program is evident in her dedication to collaboration and coordination with stakeholders across the company. Prior to UKG, Bekah held roles in sustainable finance, ESG consulting, and climate communications. Bekah holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University as well as a master’s degree in Climate and Society from Columbia University. She currently resides in Newton, MA with her husband and 5-year-old pup Raisin (Rae), and you can find her baking, playing tennis, or reading her latest book club book in her spare time
