Join UKG, Akamai, and industry peers for a roundtable exploring how companies are linking sustainability data to customer strategy, talent, revenue, and business priorities.
In this session, UKG’s Rebekah Heath will share how her team uses sustainability data to understand customer expectations, assess market risks, identify growth opportunities, and attract talent. These insights help shape UKG’s business strategy.
Hosted by Akamai Technologies, this informal, salon-style session moves quickly from presentation to participation, creating space for an interactive dialogue. Corporate climate leaders will share success stories, compare approaches, explore challenges, and tap into the collective wisdom of the group.

Bekah Heath, Principal, ESG Operations, UKG
Working to expand the growth of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives at UKG, Bekah Heath leads the development of UKG’s ESG Program. As Principal, ESG Operations at UKG Bekah works to operationalize ESG requirements derived from regulations, published guidance, and leading practices. Her focus on providing recommendations for strategic opportunities to maximize the positive impacts of a dedicated ESG program is evident in her dedication to collaboration and coordination with stakeholders across the company. Prior to UKG, Bekah held roles in sustainable finance, ESG consulting, and climate communications. Bekah holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University as well as a master’s degree in Climate and Society from Columbia University. She currently resides in Newton, MA with her husband and 5-year-old pup Raisin (Rae), and you can find her baking, playing tennis, or reading her latest book club book in her spare time.
